About the Job

Panda Law is hiring an Associate for its General Corporate / GC Advisory practice in Bangalore. The role involves working closely with clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Experience in general corporate / commercial law (law firm or in-house)
• Exposure to data protection/privacy and labour & employment laws preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage matters independently

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support on corporate and commercial matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (vendor, service, partnership, technology contracts)
• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
• Assist clients on data protection and privacy laws
• Handle labour and employment-related legal matters
• Work as an external general counsel for clients
• Coordinate with stakeholders on ongoing mandates
