About the Job
Panda Law is looking to hire an Associate – General Corporate for its Bengaluru office. The role involves advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, handling contractual work, and supporting technology, data protection, and emerging business advisory.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general corporate and commercial law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Sound understanding of Indian corporate and contract law.
- Ability to work independently and engage directly with clients.
- Experience with startups, technology companies, or in-house legal teams will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Advising clients on general corporate and commercial matters.
- Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes.
- Managing client matters independently.
- Supporting technology, data protection, and emerging business advisory.
Salary
Compensation will be competitive with the Bengaluru market and commensurate with experience.
