Eligibility

Candidates should possess:

• 3 to 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate and transactional matters
• Strong experience in:
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
  • Regulatory advisory and compliance
  • Legal due diligence exercises
  • Commercial contracting
  • Corporate governance and general corporate advisory matters
  • Schemes of arrangement and other corporate transactions
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Ability to independently manage matters and transaction workstreams
• Ability to interact with clients and coordinate with counterparties
• Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and problem-solving abilities
• High levels of professionalism and accountability

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, commercial agreements, and corporate documentation
• Conduct and supervise legal due diligence exercises
• Manage transaction processes and coordinate with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Support partners and senior members of the firm on complex transactions and advisory matters
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members

3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate and transactional law.
