About the Job

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is looking to expand its Tax Practice and is inviting applications for the following positions:

• Senior Associate: 4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Associate: 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

The positions involve working on corporate tax advisory, tax litigation, domestic and international taxation, and allied matters.

Eligibility

Candidates should have relevant experience in:

• Corporate tax advisory.
• Litigation before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
• Domestic and international taxation.
• Allied matters, including Benami law and Enforcement Directorate (ED) matters.

Prior experience at a reputed law firm is preferred.
