About the Job
Amneal is looking for an Assistant Manager, Compliance to support compliance operations in India. The role involves assisting the Regional Compliance Lead, implementing the Compliance Program, conducting internal monitoring, supporting regulatory compliance activities, managing governance processes, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Candidates should possess a degree or certification in Compliance, Pharma Management, Business Administration, Finance, or have related functional experience.
- A degree in Law is desirable.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Compliance Lead in drafting and amending policies and procedures for India operations based on changes in the regulatory environment.
- Support the effective functioning and implementation of the Compliance Program in India in accordance with local laws.
- Develop communication materials and drive compliance training and communication to enhance employee awareness.
- Assist the Regional Compliance Lead in automating compliance processes.
- Conduct quarterly internal compliance monitoring to assess internal controls and identify potential risks.
- Drive compliance culture through annual employee engagement activities.
- Review and approve business activity plans with HCPs, HCCs, and TPRs in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Maintain the compliance governance activity calendar and ensure timely execution.
- Create dashboards and reports for governance meetings based on monitoring findings for India operations.
- Retain employee records and data in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen cross-functional coordination.
- Review and track exceptions, deviations, and observations encountered by Amneal employees in India and suggest necessary remediation measures.
- Support the International Emerging Market team in Third Party Due Diligence and remediation of identified risks, where applicable.
