About the Job

K&S Partners is inviting applications for an Associate in its Litigation Team for its Gurgaon office. The role is suited to candidates with experience in IP litigation and exposure to trademark litigation before District Courts and High Courts.

Eligibility

4–10 years of experience.
Experience in IP litigation with recognised IP law firms and boutiques in NCR.
Exposure to trademark litigation before District Courts and High Courts.
Graduate from a reputed law school with a consistent, strong academic record.
Minimum 5 internships during law school.
At least 2 internships in the IP domain, preferably with leading IP firms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues.
Authored or co-authored articles published in legal journals, industry publications, reputed blogs, newsletters, or similar platforms.
Enthusiastic, ambitious, and committed to building a long-term litigation practice.
Presentable, polished, and comfortable interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, legal notices, evidence affidavits, written submissions, and client correspondence.
Handle matters involving trademark litigation before District Courts and High Courts.
Communicate with clients and colleagues in relation to legal matters.
