About the Job
IPR Law Associates is looking for an Associate with approximately 1-2 years of relevant experience in IP Prosecution, Opposition and Litigation to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a young IP professional seeking hands-on exposure, close mentorship, professional growth and meaningful involvement in Trademark, Copyright, and Design matters, including drafting, prosecution, litigation support, and client advisory.
Eligibility
Qualification
- LLB from a recognized university
- Enrolled and eligible to practice law in India
Experience
Approximately 1-2 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property law

Responsibilities
- Handling IP prosecution, opposition and litigation matters relating to Trademarks, Copyrights, and Industrial Designs.
- Drafting, Reviewing and Finalizing documents such as Notice of Opposition, Counter Statement, Evidence under Rules 45, 46, and 47, Cease and Desist Notices and Replies, Deed of Assignment, Rectification Notice and Rectification Counters
- Assisting in and attending IP-related litigation matters before relevant Tribunals and Courts.
- Representing clients before IP statutory authorities and Courts, as and when required.
- Working closely with the litigation team on ongoing matters and case strategy.
- Providing clear, practical, and well-reasoned legal advice to clients on IP-related issues.
- Supporting clients through various stages of IP protection, enforcement, and dispute resolution.
