About the Job
Ethos Legal Alliance (ELA) is expanding, and we are currently looking for talented individuals to join their Team as Associates in Real Estate & Legal Due Diligence!
Eligibility
- Qualification: Successfully holding a Degree in Law.
- Year of Experience: 2 years of PQE in Real Estate & Legal Due Diligence.
- Strong Understanding of Title Due Diligence, Legal Due Diligence related, and Wholesale Banking assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- The candidate should be a Mumbai Resident.
Responsibilities
Real Estate & Legal Due Diligence, Wholesale Banking assignments related to Legal Search Reports, Title Search Reports, Title Information Reports, Legal Audit Reports, Title Due Diligence, Legal Due Diligence, Title Certification and Stamp Duty Laws.
