Title: Associate (In-House For Legal Drafting )
Eligibility
The candidate should be a graduate/post-graduate in Law having a PQE of a minimum of 1 to 2 years. Further, even students pursuing law who are in their Final Year may also apply for the said Job Post. However, the prime condition is that the candidate should be able to draft legal documents as laid down in the Experience requirement, below.
Experience: The candidate must have good drafting skills. The candidate should be able to draft Petitions, Suits, Counter Affidavits, Replies, Applications, Opinions, and Legal Documents with utmost precision. The candidate should be well versed in the legal language and should have a fair knowledge and past experience in drafting of legal documents as cited above. The candidate should be able to do desk work comprising drafting-related works and assignments.
Employment: The employment/engagement of the candidate shall be full-time.
Skills/Qualities: The candidate should be a hard-working individual willing to give his best and will have to work in a dedicated, organized, and time-bound manner. The firm has a zero-tolerance policy in respect of the same.
