Eligibility and Experience

Years of Experience: 0-3 years

Areas of practice: Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Criminal Law and Litigation, White Collar crimes, Corporate and Commercial litigation, Property, Arbitration, Consumer Protection and General Civil Laws.

Forums: Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi NCR, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Roles and Responsibilities

Job profile: The candidate will be expected to handle matters independently and must possess good drafting and research skills.

Scope of Work : The associate in the course of his/ her work would be tasked with the following responsibilities, including, but not restricted to, the following:

• Drafting of pleadings/requisite documentation for pursuing matters before various judicial fora;
• Preparation of case notes/precis/written arguments for the purposes of case management and briefings;
• Briefing of senior counsel engaged to appear in particular matters;
• Appearance and argument in judicial forums and complete file management;
• Legal research in relation to assigned cases;
• Assist in the prompt filing and listing of cases upon assignment and associated procedural paraphernalia.
