About the Job
Applications are invited for the position of Associate – IP Attorney. This role provides hands-on exposure to all aspects of Intellectual Property law, making it an excellent opportunity for young lawyers to build a strong foundation in IP practice.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized institution
- 0–2 years of experience in trademarks, patents, and copyright
- Strong understanding of Trademark, Copyright, Design, and Patent laws
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Handle IP filings, prosecution, oppositions, and disputes
- Conduct legal research and prepare internal notes
- Draft articles, reports, and regulatory updates
- Prepare and review legal documents and client communications
- Coordinate with clients for execution of matters
- Manage deadlines, records, and documentation
