About the Job
The chamber is hiring Associates to assist with litigation work before the Supreme Court of India.
The role involves extensive legal drafting, research, and case preparation related to Supreme Court matters.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Strong drafting and litigation experience
- Prior experience in Supreme Court drafting will be preferred
Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing Special Leave Petitions (SLPs)
- Preparing Counter Affidavits and Written Submissions
- Assisting in civil, criminal, and constitutional matters before the Supreme Court
Remuneration
Negotiable based on experience.
