Position Name : Associate – Legal

Eligibility

• Fresher or preferably with an experience of 1 year
• Educational Qualification:
• An LL.B. or an LL.M. preferably in Business or Corporate Law from a reputed University, National Law College or College.

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent written communication, and networking skills.
• Excellent coordination skills.
• Should be able to articulate and have attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English language is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate operational, commercial, and real estate contracts for clients.
• Handle investment and finance-related agreements, including debt, funding, and security documents.
• Draft and negotiate corporate transaction documents such as Share Subscription, Shareholders, and M&A agreements.
• Coordinate with Intellectual Property Attorneys to manage clients’ IP matters.
• Manage client litigations, liaise with external counsels, and oversee drafting, filing, and representation before courts and tribunals.
• Conduct legal research and prepare strategic notes, legal opinions, and other client communications.
• Liaise with clients for information, clarifications, and updates on assigned matters.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, work summaries, and periodic updates for the Principal/Senior Attorney.
• Perform any additional assignments or responsibilities as directed by the Principal/Senior Attorney.
