About the Opportunity
AKG & Co. is looking to hire 1 Associate for the Mumbai office.
Eligibility
- Must be enrolled with BCMG
- Prior work experience: 0-1 years
- At least conversational in Marathi
- Advanced/fluent in English – able to read and understand most judgements.
- Must have read at least a few judgements fully (not summaries).
- Ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Legal research
- Drafting/filing
- Appearing in courts/tribunals (very occasionally)
- Visiting court offices to obtain information/clarification
