Eligibility
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. It is expected of the candidate to have good legal drafting and case management skills.
Responsibilities
The role involves making appearances before the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu, as well as in various subordinate courts.
Salary
The professional fee would be as per industry standards, however, would be subject to periodic performance-based raises.
Location
The workplace is situated in Jammu.
