About the Job
Join their team at Agraa Legal in their Bangalore office. They are looking for Associates with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate law.
Eligibility
- 1-3 years of PQE in General Corporate/M&A/PE/VC, gained at a law firm or in-house.
- Strong academic background.
- Proficiency in drafting, legal research, and oral communication.
- Hands-on experience in legal due diligence and report preparation.
- Expertise in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents for transactions and general commercial contracts.
- Experience in providing general corporate advisory.
Location
Bangalore office.
