About the Job
Aeddhaas Legal LLP is inviting applications for the position of Associate from candidates with prior litigation experience. The role involves managing matters end-to-end, including strategy, drafting, and court appearances across multiple forums.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4 years of prior litigation experience
- Experience in managing matters from inception, including strategising, drafting, and court appearances
- Experience in handling:
- Arbitrations
- Civil and commercial suits
- Cheque bouncing matters
- PMLA matters
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters
- Regular appearance experience before District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and High Courts
- Knowledge of e-filing preferred
