About the Job
Adv Amit Tiwari is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Advocate for the Ahmedabad office to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in legal practice with a strong focus on drafting, legal research, and representation before the Gujarat High Court.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation, with a focus on Gujarat High Court matters.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Good understanding of procedural law and litigation practice.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in civil, commercial, and constitutional matters.
- Strong representation skills with the ability to present cases effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as petitions, replies, rejoinders, affidavits, and other legal correspondences.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on case law, statutes, and legal principles.
- Representing clients before the Gujarat High Court and other relevant forums.
- Assisting in case preparation, legal analysis, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Maintaining case records, updates, and handling administrative duties related to ongoing cases.
