The selected candidate will be involved in litigation-related work, including drafting, legal research, case preparation, court appearances, and client coordination. The position is suitable for candidates with litigation experience, although freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Good drafting skills, including drafting petitions, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions.
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with court procedures, filing processes, and litigation practice.
• Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft and vet legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation.
• Assist and appear in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other forums.
• Interact and coordinate with clients.
• Handle court appearances and case management.
