About the Job
Chambers of Ashok Soni is hiring Associate Advocate (Intellectual Property Law).
Eligibility
- Basic understanding of Trademark Act, 1999 and IPR concepts
- Familiarity with the IP India website and e-filing system
- Eligibility: Law graduate (LL.B.)/ Freshers with strong interest in IP law.
- Experience required: 0–2 Years
Responsibilities
- Filing trademark and copyright applications, reply to objections and counter statements etc.
- Drafting and attending cases in courts (mostly commercial courts).
- Legal research on IP laws, rules, and case laws
- Maintain IP records, deadlines, and client files
Remuneration
- Will pay as per industry standards and experience.
- Note: This role offers limited initial remuneration, with scope for increase based on performance. Candidates expecting high starting salaries may please not apply.
