About the Job

Infosys is hiring an Assistant Manager – LPM (Contract Drafting Specialist) under its BPO Service Line. The role involves drafting and managing medium-complexity supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organisational policies. The selected candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to support contract lifecycle management and process improvements.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

  • A BA LL.B. (Hons.) or a law degree.
  • 6–10 years of overall work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in contract drafting.
  • A strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with contract management tools will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a technology company or a large multinational organisation.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalise supplier contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Professional Services Agreements (PSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and amendment agreements.
  • Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, and legal teams to align contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and amendments.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on contract-related matters.
  • Support contract lifecycle management and continuous process improvement initiatives.
