IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd. is inviting fresh Company Secretary (CS) or Law (LLB) graduates to join our Operations Team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in the financial services and trusteeship industry, working closely on capital market transactions, compliance and documentation.

Eligibility

– CS Graduate or LLB Graduate (freshers encouraged to apply).
– Good understanding of corporate law, securities law, and compliance basics.
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

– Support in trusteeship operations such as debenture trustee, security trustee, AIF, REIT and InvIT assignments.
– Assist in reviewing legal and compliance documentation.
– Coordinate with internal teams, issuers, investors, and legal counsels.
– Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Prepare MIS reports and support audits/inspections when required.
– Gain hands-on exposure to the Indian debt and capital markets ecosystem.
