About the Job

The Texmo Group is hiring an Assistant Officer – Legal to support various legal and compliance functions. The role involves working across commercial contracts, labour law, litigation, intellectual property, legal research, and business legal support.

Eligibility

• Final-year LL.B. students or recent LL.B. graduates.
• Preference will be given to qualified or semi-qualified Company Secretaries.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and legal research skills.
• Knowledge of speaking, reading, and writing Tamil is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial contracts and compliance.
• Support labour law and statutory compliance matters.
• Coordinate litigation-related activities.
• Provide support for Intellectual Property (IP) matters.
• Conduct legal research and assist in policy drafting.
• Offer cross-functional legal support to business teams.
