About the Job

The Assistant Legal Officer shall support the Legal Department of Ballarpur Industries Limited under supervision of Finquest Group in handling litigation, regulatory compliance, contractual documentation, corporate legal matters, and advisory functions to ensure that BILT operates in compliance with applicable laws, including post-CIRP implementation obligations under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Job Title: Assistant Legal Officer

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. (3 years or 5 years) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal practice or in-house legal department, preferably in manufacturing or infrastructure sector. Exposure to litigation handling, contract drafting, and regulatory matters. Familiarity with IBC proceedings and corporate insolvency matters will be an added advantage.

Salary

Proposed Salary: INR 3 – 5 LPA CTC (as per experience & skills assessment)
