About the Job

The role involves providing legal support across commercial contracts, compliance, disputes and other business functions.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalise commercial contracts, agreements and NDAs.
• Identify legal, commercial and operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Provide legal advice to business teams on contractual rights, liabilities, indemnities and dispute resolution.
• Ensure business transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including execution, amendments, renewals and record management.
• Support legal disputes, litigation matters, claims, legal notices and settlement documentation.
• Support legal metrology compliance activities, including product labelling, packaging regulations and compliance audits.
• Work with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and HR teams to provide legal support.
