Eligibility

Fresh Law Graduates (LL.B / B.A. LL.B / B.Com LL.B)
Preference for candidates with exposure to corporate law during internships
No prior full-time work experience (internships allowed)
Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration

Skills Required

Technical Skills
Strong understanding of corporate law concepts
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Ability to learn and adapt
Strong communication skills (Fluent English)

Understanding of contract negotiation and management

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts)
Maintaining and updating contract databases
Conducting legal research on statutes, regulations, and case laws
Assisting in compliance reports, power of attorney documentation, and legal operations
Supporting projects related to changes in law (e.g., data protection laws, labour codes)
