About the Job

Airbus India is inviting applications for a Legal Apprentice role in its Legal & Compliance Department in Bangalore. This apprenticeship offers exposure to corporate legal operations, compliance, and contract management within a global organisation.

Eligibility

• Fresh Law Graduates (LL.B / B.A. LL.B / B.Com LL.B)
• Preference for candidates with exposure to corporate law during internships
• No prior full-time work experience (internships allowed)
• Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration

Skills Required

• Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of corporate law concepts
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Soft Skills

• Team spirit and proactive attitude
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Strong communication skills (Fluent English)

Learning Outcomes

• Exposure to legal operations and compliance frameworks
• Understanding of contract negotiation and management
• Experience in aviation and corporate law matters
• Development of project management skills

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts)
• Maintaining and updating contract databases
• Conducting legal research on statutes, regulations, and case laws
• Assisting in compliance reports, power of attorney documentation, and legal operations
• Supporting projects related to changes in law (e.g., data protection laws, labour codes)
