3Sixty Law Group, the multidisciplinary law, strategy and consulting firm founded by Nishant Nigam, is pleased to announce that well known and experienced disputes lawyer Akshat Hansaria has merged his practice with the firm and joins as Partner and Head – Dispute Resolution.
Akshat will lead the Dispute Resolution vertical and set its direction, anchoring the firm’s contentious practice, spanning commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency and appellate advocacy. Nishant continues to steer the firm’s overall management and strategic direction as Managing Partner.

Akshat has built his reputation in the courtroom in last twenty years, and went on to build his own practise on it. He appears regularly before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal and Arbitral Tribunals, representing corporate clients in complex, high-value commercial disputes.
Before establishing his independent practice, he co-headed the Commercial Litigation and Arbitration practice at Svarniti Law Offices, and earlier served as a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at P&A Law Offices. An alumnus of Amity Law School, New Delhi, he holds LL.M. degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
