Wadia Ghandy & Co. is inviting applications for lawyers to join the team of its Co-Deputy Managing Partner, Nihas Basheer. The opportunity is for candidates with relevant experience in Banking & Finance, Investment, General Corporate, Private Equity, and M&A.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Relevant experience in Banking & Finance, Investment, General Corporate, Private Equity, or M&A.
- Applications from law firms and in-house counsel are welcome.
Responsibilities
Candidates should have experience in:
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including debt or equity documents. Experience in both is preferred.
- Conducting due diligence.
- Advising on regulatory compliance, including RBI regulations, FEMA, and SEBI guidelines.
