Toyota Financial Services India Limited (TFSIN) is looking to empanel experienced Advocates/Legal Professionals in the following cities for handling our retail and inventory funding related legal cases:
Eligibility
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience (banking/finance/NBFC matters preferred).
• Strong exposure to consumer forum, arbitration, Section 138 NI Act, recovery & civil cases.
• Ability to represent and manage cases independently from filing till closure.
• Good drafting and communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Represent TFSIN in court proceedings across the above cities.
• Handle complete case lifecycle including filing, arguments, appearances, and updates.
• Coordinate with our in-house legal team for case strategies and compliance.
