About the Job
Roswalt Realty is looking for a qualified Non-Practising Advocate – Real Estate who has moved away from courtroom practice and wants to build expertise in the transactional and non-litigation aspects of real estate law.
Eligibility
- 2–7 years of experience.
- LL.B. / LL.M. qualification.
- Bar Council enrolment.
- Candidates with experience in a real estate developer, realty law firm, or property legal team will be strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct title searches and property due diligence.
- Draft and vet Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, MoUs, JV/JDA, and property agreements.
- Handle RERA filings and regulatory compliance.
- Manage registration, Stamp Act, and property documentation.
- Coordinate with Sub-Registrar, Municipal, and Revenue Authorities.
- Independently manage multiple real estate transactions.

This is a non-litigation role and does not involve court appearances or pleading.
