About the Job

Ramesh Tripathi & Associates firm is looking for skilled, sincere, and ambitious Associates to gain knowledge by dwelling into various legal matters providing vast exposure. Diverse exposure to Criminal, civil, consumer, labour, corporate, real estate, insolvency and bankruptcy code. Drafting and reviewing legal documents. Representing clients in court.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a recognized university.
• Excellent academic and co-curricular credentials with a strong understanding of international dispute resolution principles. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues. 
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines. 

Note – Candidates from Navi Mumbai, Mumbai Panvel, Thane will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work requirements would primarily involve research skills, drafting, and physical Court and Tribunal appearance matters. Work would be spread over a wide range of criminal, civil, consumer, labor, corporate, real estate, insolvency, and IP laws.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, applications, briefs, and settlement agreements and representing clients in court matters will be dealt.

Vacancy available on-site firm in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Salary

4 lakh p.a.
