About the Job
They are currently seeking passionate and driven Advocates with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our growing legal team in Hyderabad. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of Civil and Criminal matters, providing both litigation and advisory support to our clients.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Valid license to practice law in India.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on litigation experience, particularly in civil and criminal law.
- Strong drafting, argumentation, and legal research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate (local candidates will be preferred).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation before various courts and tribunals.
- Draft and review legal documents, including plaints, written statements, petitions, appeals, and legal notices.
- Conduct legal research, prepare case notes, and assist in strategizing case arguments.
- Attend client meetings and provide professional legal opinions.
- Liaise with court staff, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as needed.
