Eligibility
- Advocate with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in technology law, data protection, or related regulatory practice
Responsibilities
- Advisory and compliance under the DPDP Act, IT Act, and global privacy frameworks
- Drafting and negotiating technology and data-related agreements
- Client advisory and representation before regulatory authorities
