DSA Legal is pleased to welcome Abhinit Das as Partner in their Disputes practice, bringing nearly two decades of litigation experience to the firm and further strengthening its capabilities in white-collar crime, Arbitration and complex commercial litigation.
Abhinit Das brings nearly two decades of experience spanning commercial disputes, arbitration and white-collar crime matters, with experience in high-stakes and sensitive proceedings involving significant commercial, regulatory and reputational considerations. His practice includes representing clients in complex disputes and contentious proceedings, as well as matters involving the State Police and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), including scam-related investigations and proceedings. He has extensive experience in developing litigation strategy, representing clients before courts and investigative authorities, and handling matters that require a nuanced understanding of both commercial and regulatory dimensions. His experience further strengthens DSA Legal’s capabilities in commercial litigation, arbitration and white-collar disputes, particularly in matters involving complex factual, legal and strategic considerations.

Abhinit’s appointment adds further senior-level capability to DSA Legal’s dispute resolution practice and strengthens the firm’s ability to advise and represent clients in complex, high-stakes and sensitive Dispute Resolution and white-collar matters.
Alongside Abhinit’s appointment, the firm welcomes Kedar R. Seludar as Senior Associate – Litigation & Arbitration, Utkarsh Lohra and Dorothy Baruah as Associates – TSR & Due Diligence, and Vanshika Chugh as Associate – Arbitration & IPR, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities across dispute resolution, transactional support, due diligence and intellectual property.
