About RNB Global University

RNB Global University, Bikaner is established vide Act No. 20 of 2015 in the State of Rajasthan. The University is spread on a vast well-developed campus and offers courses in various disciplines having all modern facilities. Faculty of Law, RNB Global University started in 2016 and has Five Years of Law Degree Courses of B.A. LL.B. and BBA LL.B.

The teacher-student ratio at present is 1:8. The curriculum for the courses fulfills the requirements of BCI and is in compliance with other competitions, like- Judicial and Civil services, etc.

About the Competition

The inception of Seth Jagannath Bajaj Memorial National Moot Court Competition is rooted in the vision and dedication of its founders – a testament to the rich legal heritage that we aim to uphold. Established to promote legal education and foster a spirit of intellectual competition, this event serves as a platform for aspiring legal minds to showcase their talent and commitment to the field. The School of Law of the RNB Global University, Bikaner (Rajasthan) proudly announces the 7^th Seth Jagannath Bajaj Memorial RNBGU National Moot Court Competition, a Three Days Moot Court Competition, to be held from 15^th March to 17^th March 2024.

Eligibility

• The Competition is open for students pursuing three/to five-year L.L.B. Degree Courses from a recognized Law College/University in India, subject to fulfillment of the registration formalities.
• There is no cap on number of team participants from one university.

Prizes

• Winning Team: Rs. 51,000/- Cash Prize with Certificate of Merit and Trophy + additional benefits
• Runner–Up Team: Rs. 21,000/- Cash Prize with Certificate of Merit and Trophy + additional benefits
• Best Speaker (Male): Rs. 5,000/- Cash Prize with Certificate of Merit and Trophy + additional benefits
• Best Speaker (Female): Rs. 5,000/- Cash Prize with Certificate of Merit and Trophy + additional benefits
• Best Memorial (Appellant): Rs. 5,000/- Cash Prize with Certificate of Merit and Trophy + additional benefits
• Best Memorial (Respondent): Rs. 5,000/- Cash Prize with Certificate of Merit and Trophy + additional benefits
• Best Researcher: Rs. 5,000/- Cash Prize with Certificate of Merit and Trophy + additional benefits

Registration Fee

The Registration is Rs. 1500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) [without accommodation]

Accommodation: Rs. 5000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) for teams with accommodation during the period of competition, food, pick up & drop from the airport/Railway station /Bus stand, and any other facility provided by the university, to its discretion.
