About The Opportunity

In a notable upcoming event, the Quantum School of Law is organising its 5th edition of the All-India Moot Court Competition 2025 on Personality Rights in the Digital Era, scheduled to take place from 14th to 16th November 2025, at Quantum University. Led by the conveners of the Moot Court Society, the competition aims to provide students with practical insights into the legal field, fostering the development of interpersonal and advocacy skills.

Participation in All-India Moot Court Competitions enhances students’ research and oratory skills, preparing them for the challenges of a courtroom. The Convener of the competition, Ms. Aditi Mishra, is supported by faculty conveners Mr. Shantanu Shekhar & Dr. Aditya Tomar, serving as the competition’s faculty advisor. The student members include Mr. Manudev Arya, Ms. Aanchal Saini, Mr. Aryan Jain, Mr. Abdulla Iqbal Khan & Ms. Harsha Chawla.

Theme

The 5th edition of the All-India Moot Court Competition, 2025, focuses on Personality Rights in the Digital Era.

Eligibility

Eligibility for the competition extends to law students currently pursuing their Bachelor’s degree in Law, i.e., 3-year LL.B. or 5 Year LL.B. Programme.

Each team shall consist of 3 members. Each team shall include two orators (speakers), who will be accompanied by one researcher, all of whom must be designated accordingly during the registration process. Each team will be allotted a team code. The team code will be sent to the teams via email after registration is complete.

Teams shall not disclose their identity or the identity of their institution or city at any time during the competition; such disclosure shall invite penalties, including disqualification. The decision for the same shall be at the discretion of the organisers.

Registration Fees

For Early Bird Registration

Rs. 2000 /- (Rupees Two Thousand only) without accommodation and Rs. 4000 /- (Rupees Four Thousand only) with accommodation (On or before 25th September, 2025; 11:59 PM)

For Regular Registration

Rs. 3000 /- (Rupees Three Thousand only) without accommodation and Rs. 5000 /- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with accommodation. The Registration fee shall be sent through Online Payment.

Prizes

  • The Winning Team shall be awarded a Cash Prize of ₹ 11,000/-, Three certification courses by LawMento, a Trophy, and a Certificate of Appreciation of Merit
  • The Runner-Up Team shall be awarded a Cash prize of ₹ 7,000/-, Three certification courses by LawMento, a Trophy, and a Certificate of Appreciation of Merit.
  • The Best Memorial shall be awarded a Cash prize of ₹ 2,000/-, a Trophy, and a Certificate of Appreciation of Merit.
  • The Best Speaker shall get a Cash Prize of ₹ 2,000/-, a Trophy, and a Certificate of Appreciation of Merit. The Best Speaker shall be evaluated on the basis of performance in preliminary rounds.
  • The Best Researcher shall get a Cash Prize of ₹ 2,000/-, a Trophy, and a Certificate of Appreciation of Merit.
  • All the members of the teams that entered into the Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals shall be awarded Certificates of Appreciation of Merit.
  • All the members of the other participating teams shall be awarded Certificates of Participation.

  • Deadline for Early Bird Registration (with fees): 30th September, 2025
  • Commencement of Regular Registration (with fees): 1st October, 2025
  • Deadline for Regular Registration (with fees): 31st October, 2025
  • Last date for seeking clarifications based on the proposition: 4th November, 2025
  • Deadline for submission of soft copy of memorials: 8th November, 2025
  • Deadline for submission of hard copies of memorials: At the time of arrival
  • Oral Rounds: 14th – 16th November, 2025
