About The Event

The 4th Nationwide Moot Court Competition, 2026 is proudly being organized to provide a platform for law students across the country to sharpen their analytical and argumentative skills which focus on understanding, historical research, analytical ability, logical thinking, presentation and judgment. Law students, who participate in these activities, are given the opportunity to develop their research, legal writing and oral advocacy skills in a mock courtroom setting.

Eligibility

All students duly enrolled and pursuing a full-time 3-year LL.B. programme or a 5-year integrated LL.B. from an Institution/University recognized by the Bar Council of India shall be eligible to participate in the competition. Each team shall either comprise of three members (two speakers and one researcher) or two members.
