Soundarya College of Law (SCL), Bengaluruestablished in 2018 is committed to delivering quality legal education in a learner-centric environment that blends traditional values with modern pedagogy. Located across two serene campuses, Havanoor Extension and Soundarya Nagar, SCL is part of the renowned Soundarya Group of Institutions.

Affiliated with Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi, the college offers 5 Year integrated B.A.LL.B, B.Com.LL.B and 3 Years LLB programs. The programmes are tailored to meet the evolving needs of the legal profession and the industry.

About the Competition

After successfully hosting 2 All India level Moot Court Competitions wherein various law colleges across India participated, Soundarya College of Law, Bengaluru takes immense pleasure to announce and organise the All India 3rd Moot Court Competition, 2025 on 10^th October 2025 & 11^th October 2025. This Moot Court Competition aims to enhance legal drafting techniques, oratory skills and research skills in law students which will equip them with the requisite skills for their future as legal professionals.

The aim of this Moot Court competition is to engage with students and allow them to have first-hand experience of the complexities and practicalities of law.

Eligibility

1. Each participating team shall comprise of three (3) members wherein two (2) members, shall be designated as speakers and one (1) member as researcher.
2. The participants should currently be pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree in law from recognised Universities i.e. Three years LLB or Five year law courses.
3. Only one team will be allowed to register per college in this competition.

Registration Fees

1. With accommodation- Rs 5500/-
2. Without Accommodation- Rs 3500/-

Complete the Final registration with the payment on or before 15^th September 2025.

Awards

• Winners – INR 30,000/- and trophy
• 1st Runner Up – INR 20,000/- and trophy
• Best Mooter – INR 5000/- and trophy
• Best Researcher – INR 5000/-  and trophy
• Best Memorial – INR 5000/- and trophy

Important Dates

Registration Process

All the participating institutions have to confirm their participation by completing the following steps:

1. Registration payment amount-
2. With accommodation- Rs 5500/-
3. Without Accommodation- Rs 3500/-
4. Once the registration is done the team shall mail a soft copy of the registration form along with the details of the payment to the corresponding email id- [email protected] upon which the team participation and registration will be confirmed and  the team shall be allotted with a Team Code and the same shall be used for memorials and other future communications.
5. Hard copy of the registration form along with travel plans must be sent on or before 6^th October 2025.
6. The registration fee is non-refundable, and no claim for refund of fee shall be entertained.
