About the Event

Moot Court Association of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law, will be hosting the 2nd edition of its esteemed event, the National Bail Application and Argumentation Competition (NBAC), 2024-2025. The flagship event will witness the presence of many distinguished luminaries from the legal fields ranging from senior advocates to Bombay High Court judges. Open to students pursuing either a three-year or five-year Law Degree Course in recognized universities, colleges, or law departments from Maharashtra, as accredited by the Bar Council of India, the competition promises to be a gathering of legal minds par excellence.

It will be conducted on 06th July 2024 and will be completely offline. The 2nd Edition (NBAC) also consists of a Judgement writing competition which enhances the analytical abilities. In the previous 1st edition, NBAC has witnessed participants from law schools with a particular emphasis on Maharashtra state and has successfully contributed to promoting the pre-trial process. NBAC prides itself on being one-of-a-kind bail application exposure to a student pursuing the law course to improve their advocacy skills and hone one’s research skills. This prestigious event has brought together multiple skilled teams from all over the state to compete in court halls which have witnessed some of the best Bail Application Competitions.

Date and Venue

The 2nd National Bail Application and Argumentation Competition 2024-25 shall be held, on 06th July, 2024. It will be held offline at Thakur Ramnarayan Educational Campus, Swami Vivekananda Marg, Anand Nagar, Dahisar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400068

Eligibility

The Competition is open for all students who are pursuing a three-year or five-year Law Degree Course in Universities/Colleges/Law Departments in India, as recognized by the Bar Council of India. The Participants should send a picture of their University ID Card for verification. Each team shall consist of TWO members.

Participation in the 2nd National Bail Application and Argumentation Competition is restricted to 30 teams only. The slots shall be reserved on a ‘first come ‘basis for the first 30 teams. The participating teams shall duly fill out the Registration form provided at along with the Registration fee which shall be non-refundable. The registration fees shall be done through Online Transactions.

The teams should register through their respective Official College Email ID or any other recognized student association Email ID.
