The conference serves as a premier forum for multidisciplinary dialogue on the rapidly evolving insolvency ecosystem. It responds to momentous changes at the intersection of law, technology, finance, and policy as the IBC enters its second decade. Day 1 features high-level panel discussions moderated by distinguished jurists and policy architects, while Day 2 is dedicated to scholarly paper presentations. The event will be conducted in offline mode at the RGNUL Campus, Punjab, with hybrid/online participation facilitated for international delegates.

About Call for Papers

The second day of the conference will be dedicated to scholarly paper presentations by researchers, students, and practitioners, providing an academic platform for critical evaluation and innovative solutions. Selected papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process and be published in a peer-reviewed edited volume or a leading law journal in collaboration with conference partners.
