About the 2nd Dr Justice Radhabinod Pal Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2026

The competition has been envisioned as a sincere effort to build upon the strong foundation laid by its inaugural edition and to establish itself as a premier event on the national mooting circuit, proudly rooted in Kolkata. The theme of the present edition revolves around the liability of corporations pertaining to climate change, a critical issue in our rapidly industrialising nation.  The amalgamation of courtroom advocacy with climate activism offers participants a novel and enriching mooting experience.
