About G H Raisoni Law College, Nagpur

G H Raisoni Law College, Nagpur has emerged as one of the most promising and acclaimed educational centers in Central India. The institute is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra and approved by the Bar Council of India and affiliated to the Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University. It has made sure to establish a benchmark with its enriching pedagogy with the learning centric activities which are executed round the year in the campus. About the Event

KSHAN is a National Level, inter college moot court competition organized by the Moot Court Association of the Law College under Raisoni Group of Institutions. It has been an integral part of our institution since the past 20 years. We conduct a Pan-India known Trial and Appellate Moot Court on Criminal Law. This year’s edition of KSHAN – momenta -a-vita 2025 is also a Trial and Appellate Moot Court.

Why Participate?

Participating in moot court competitions helps develop essential skills such as legal research, public speaking, and critical thinking. It provides practical experience in arguing cases, enhances advocacy abilities, and fosters teamwork, all of which are invaluable for a legal career.

Eligibility Criteria

 The Competition shall be open for ‘bona-fide’ students who are pursuing an integrated 5-Y ear LL.B. Program or 3-Y ear LL.B. Program from an institute/university in India. Such Institute /University must be recognized by the Bar Council of India.

• Teams shall register by the properly filled registration form which will be Via Registration Link along with a scanned copy of a demand draft / screen shot of payment via an Registration link.
• The final registration must be done on or before 15th March 2025 before 5 p.m by Uploading certain documents which will be mentioned in Registration Link.
• Teams shall mention the mode of payment and requested to attached screenshot/ details of the UPI payment / IMPS / RTGS of Rs. 6,000/-. Also teams are requested to fill up there Accommodation details in registration form. Registration amount once paid shall be non-refundable.
• Teams should clearly mention the participants’ name, e-mail id, contact no. Including Year/ semester of study in registration form.
• Forms received after the deadline shall not be considered for registration.
• The organizing committee has the exclusive right to decide in case of any dispute relatedto the registration.
• The decision of the organizing committee in such a case shall be final subject to revision of Director, GHRLC.
