About 1st National PIL Drafting Competition, 2024
The 1st National PIL Drafting Competition, 2024, is a prestigious national-level competition organized by CREL and CCL at DNLU. The competition focuses on Public Interest Litigation (PIL) Drafting related to Environmental and Constitutional Law. It aims to enhance participants’ drafting skills and provide exposure to legal advocacy in public interest matters.
Theme
The drafting has to be prepared on a factual proposition based on Environmental and Constitutional Law to be released on 10th October 2024.
Eligibility
The competition is open to all law students from recognized law schools, faculties, and universities across India. Both undergraduate and postgraduate students are eligible to participate.

General Instructions
