Guidelines for Submission
Please follow these guidelines to ensure your article is considered:
- Original Content: Only unique and original articles will be accepted. Plagiarised or spun content will not be approved.
- Topic Relevance: Articles should focus on mental health, psychology, emotional wellbeing, therapy, mindfulness, stress management, or related topics. Content must be empathetic, supportive, and reader-friendly.
- Structure & Readability: Use headings, bullet points, and short paragraphs. Word count: 700–1500 words.
- Linking Policy: You may include one relevant, non-promotional link within the article.
- Submission Format: Send your article as a Word document (or compatible format) to: [email protected]
- Editorial Review: Submissions will be reviewed for clarity, tone, and quality. Accepted articles are usually published within 24–48 hours.
