Nyayri provides women with assistance on legal awareness, mental health support, and peer-to-peer groups. The core principle of Project Nyay’ri is to make legal awareness and mental health support accessible to women. Therefore, all services under Project Nyay’ri are offered to women pro bono.
About the Workshop
NJRC, in collaboration with Nyay’ri, is organising a workshop on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace, with Adv. Yamina Rizvi (Legal Consultant, Nyay’ri) as the speaker.
Sexual harassment at the workplace remains a pressing issue that demands collective awareness and action. This workshop on the POSH, aims to foster a comprehensive understanding of the POSH Act, its implementation mechanisms, and the rights and responsibilities of all stakeholders.
This session will equip participants with the tools to identify, prevent, and address workplace harassment, ultimately contributing to a safer and more equitable professional environment. The session will conclude with a 30-minute live quiz, offering participants an opportunity to test their learning in an interactive format. Top performers will stand a chance to secure an online internship with NJRC.

Adv. Yamina Rizvi – Legal Consultant at Project Nyay’ri- Yamina Rizvi is a compassionate lawyer serving as the legal advisor at Nyay’ri. With over 5 years of diverse experience spanning district courts, the Delhi High Court, and various tribunals, she has dedicated herself to empowering women facing domestic abuse. Her genuine concern for her clients is palpable, fostering an environment where individuals feel safe to openly discuss their concerns.
As a versatile law graduate, Yamina seamlessly merges academic achievements with practical experience. Her passion for justice is evident in her tireless pursuit of innovative legal interpretations and solutions. Yamina’s ability to approach issues with a rational and dispassionate mindset while offering sincere and persuasive guidance has earned her recognition for her drafting skills and adept client handling.
