About the Workshop

In this workshop, participants will immerse themselves in the art of parliamentary debate, honing their skills in argumentation, critical thinking, and public speaking. Through guided exercises and interactive sessions, attendees will gain a deep understanding of the rules and strategies that define this formal debating style. By the end of the workshop, participants will have developed the confidence and expertise to navigate complex issues, articulate persuasive positions, and engage in constructive dialogue. Whether you’re a seasoned debater or new to the format, this workshop will provide you with valuable tools to excel in parliamentary debate and make your voice heard. Experienced Facilitator: Radha Priyanka is a 19-year-old natively from Hyderabad pursuing her Law at Amity University, Jaipur. For the past five years, Radha has been diving headfirst into the exciting world of MUNs, participating in around 50+ conferences and being Executive Board Member in 5+ Mun’s and Youth Parliaments! Through this journey, she’s become a true enthusiast in international relations, geopolitics, and the fascinating puzzle of how countries work together.

Eligibility

All students from High School onwards and those enrolled bona fide in an undergraduate i.e. 3 years/ 5 years program conducted by any college or university along with recent graduates, lawyers, and researchers shall be eligible to attend the workshop.

• The link to the workshop will be shared exclusively on our Telegram Channel and WhatsApp group of Canon Sphere. We kindly request all participants to refrain from sharing the link on any other platform or medium.
• Join Telegram and WhatsApp using the links provided in a form or you can simply search ‘canonsphere’ in your Telegram. 
• We are committed to providing participants with a certificate of attendance within two weeks of the workshop. Please make sure to provide accurate information while filling feedback form which will be shared at the end of the workshop to ensure the timely delivery of your certificate.
• Non-compliance with the rules and regulations will result in the automatic cancellation of your participation in the workshop. We request all participants to familiarize themselves with the rules and regulations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
