About the Job
SKV Law Offices is looking to onboard lawyers with 3–5 years of experience in White Collar Crime for our Delhi office.
Eligibility
- 3-5 years of experience in White collar Crime
- Require Mandatory prior experience in handling complex investigations and enforcement actions
- hands-on experience in investigations, enforcement actions, and regulatory matters
- looking to work on complex, high-stakes matters
Responsibilities
- Advisory on white collar crime, fraud and regulatory compliance
- Matters involving ED, CBI, SFIO and other enforcement agencies
- Proceedings under PMLA, Companies Act,and allied laws
- White collar crime disputes, prosecution and litigations
- Appearance before the court and investigative authorities
