About the speakers

Ms. Karbhari is a highly respected lawyer with two decades of litigation experience, before the High Courts, Company Law Board and various Tribunals. She is currently working as Counsel at HSA Advocates at their Mumbai Office.

Mr. Jain is an Associate Counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice group of HSA Advocates. With over 12 years of experience, he specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration, real estate and in indirect tax advisory and litigation, Intellectual Property Rights practices as well.
