About the Organisers

The Maharashtra Social Security & Reforms Council (MSSRC) operates under the Social Security and Reforms Council and the aegis of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), which aims to enhance the social welfare, security and justice of women in Maharashtra. This session is organised by the Maharashtra Social Security and Reforms Council (MSSRC) in collaboration with the Law Vision, an initiative aimed at shaping a just, inclusive, and progressive legal landscape through innovation, education, and reforms.

About the Session

Domestic violence is not just a personal issue; it’s a legal one. Survivors often face a maze of procedures, stigma, and silence. This session aims to demystify the legal process and empower survivors and advocates alike.
