About the Opportunity

The India Juris–DNLU National Moot Court Competition 2025 is a prestigious event that brings together law students from across India. Simulating real court proceedings, this competition provides an immersive experience for participants to develop advocacy skills, enhance legal reasoning, and gain feedback from eminent judges, legal practitioners, and academicians. Organized in collaboration with India Juris, Advocates & Solicitors, it serves as a powerful platform for aspiring lawyers to learn, compete, and connect.

Theme

The competition will revolve around Corporate Law, focusing on current and evolving issues within the legal framework governing corporate conduct, responsibilities, and litigation. The moot problem is designed to test participants’ understanding of nuanced legal principles and their application in complex corporate scenarios.

Eligibility

• Open to students currently enrolled in a 5-year integrated LL.B. or 3-year LL.B. program from any recognized institution in India.
• Each institution may send a maximum of two teams.
• Team composition: 2 or 3 members (either two speakers or two speakers and one researcher).

Registration Fee

• INR 1000/- for Round-I (Memorial Selection Round)
• INR 5000/- for Round-II (Oral Rounds) – applicable only to teams that qualify, inclusive of accommodation and food
