Ms. Gowree Gokhale (Independent Legal Counsel & Advisor) shall be the Speaker of this session, scheduled for 11th January 2025 (from 11 AM to 1 PM).

About the Speaker
Ms Gowree Gokhale, a distinguished legal professional with over 28 years of experience in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Law, will lead the session. She has significantly contributed to areas including IP, technology law, media law, data protection, e-commerce and gaming regulations. Ms. Gokhale’s expertise is globally recognized, with accolades such as the Hall of Fame (TMT) in Legal 500 and Legal 500 Lawyer of the Year 2024 for Data Protection, and Fintech Lawyer of the Year 2024.
